Shipping

 

Orders ship via UPS or USPS within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

 

For expedited shipments you may choose UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air for orders under 150 pounds. Rates are calculated in real time.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Steel Industry Services.

 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

All returns must be approved by Steel Industry Services and must have a RMA # issued by a representative of Steel Industry Services.

Returns

 You have 25 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Product returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Refunds

 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defects

If a machine is defective, you may contact us within the manufacturer’s warranty period and ship the machine back to Steel Industry Services for us to process the warranty repair. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs with this option. Or you may take the machine to an authorized service facility for warranty repair.

Machinery found to be defective after 15 days of original receipt must be repaired at an authorized repair facility under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
